Help professional buyers find the equipment, then the right conversation.
For DGM, an Iranian medical laser and endoscopy equipment business, we built a website that connects specialty-led discovery, product information, training and consultation. The catalogue has to support an informed inquiry before a purchase can be discussed.

A model name is not every buyer's starting point.
A professional visitor may begin with a specialty, an application or a centre's equipment need. The website offers those entry points alongside the product catalogue, so discovery does not depend entirely on already knowing a manufacturer or model.
The design connects this first choice to detailed equipment information and a visible route to the team. This case describes the website's information and inquiry design; it does not offer clinical advice or endorse a device.
Give the detail a source and the product a place.
The live site presents equipment families, individual model information and manufacturer context. The homepage's featured devices label the source brochures beside their specifications rather than leaving technical numbers as unexplained promotional copy.
The lesson for a catalogue is practical: readers need enough information to decide what to investigate, and the team needs a clear basis for keeping that information current. Product suitability and commercial details still belong in a conversation with the responsible supplier.
Consultation and training are part of the website journey.
DGM's public website includes consultation requests, training requests, an academy and service/support information. These are different needs, so the page structure makes them visible instead of asking every visitor to interpret a generic sales button.
A direct office contact remains available. The website's role is to give the conversation context: which equipment, what need and what kind of help the visitor is asking for.
- Entry by specialty or equipment need
- Product and manufacturer information
- Consultation and quote routes
- Training, academy and support paths
Inspect the live site and the decisions together.
The desktop and phone screens on this page are from our portfolio capture of DGM. The public website can change after those captures; the live link is the current reference.
The observable result is a published website with a connected equipment-discovery and inquiry structure. We have not published an attributed increase in qualified inquiries, sales or rankings, because that requires measured outcome data.
Start with your buyers' questions and the team's content responsibilities.
For an equipment catalogue, bring the product range, source documents, people who approve technical content and the way inquiries are handled today. We can then define discovery, product pages and the contact route around the actual operation.
Languages, product volume, data preparation, an administration tool and integrations change the scope. Agree these before estimating the build.
